CONTRA COSTA, CA (September 14, 2023) – Wednesday morning, authorities reported injuries following a disastrous two-vehicle crash on Vasco Road.

The incident happened at around 10:55 a.m. on Vasco Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a big rig and a van collided for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the van driver was impaled in the crash. then, responders transported multiple patients to a hospital with unknown degrees of injuries.

Furthermore, the crash blocked all lanes of Vasco Road that connects Contra Costa County and Alameda County.
