Infant Killed in South King Road Pedestrian Accident [San Jose, CA]

San Jose, CA (July 19, 2023) – Late Tuesday night, an infant was killed and others sustained injuries following a South King Road pedestrian accident.

Investigating officers said it was about at about 11:40 p.m. when a vehicle struck three pedestrians at the intersection with Ocala Avenue.

Unfortunately, the infant was declared dead at the scene by emergency responders while a woman and a juvenile were transported to an area hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.

San Jose Police is investigating the San Jose fatal traffic accident.
