Huntsville Woman Sandra Bear Killed in FM 1374 Collision [Walker County, TX]

Walker County, TX (January 16, 2024) – Sandra Bear, 62, of Huntsville, was killed and Adria Taylor, 21, was injured in an FM 1374 collision Saturday.

It was around 6:15 p.m. when the two-vehicle crash happened on Texas Grand Road.

Investigators said a 2016 Kia Optima driven by Taylor was traveling at a high rate of speed and rear-ended a 2014 Honda CRV driven by Bear.

Unfortunately, Sandra Bear was declared deceased at the scene while the responder rushed Adria Taylor to the hospital in serious condition.

In the meantime, DPS is investigating this traffic accident.
