2 Hospitalized in Austin Pedestrian Crash near Nueces Street and West 24th Street

AUSTIN, TX (April 27, 2023) – Tuesday night, two people sustained injuries in a horrific pedestrian accident near Nueces Street and West 24th Street.

The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of Nueces Street and West 24th Street.

According to reports, a vehicle struck two pedestrians for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the two victims to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries. Also, two more people refused further treatment at the scene.

Furthermore, authorities arrested the driver of the vehicle with unknown charges.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
