Austin, TX  (April 13, 2023) – Wednesday night, a male pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on I-35 Frontage Road.

The fatal hit-and-run crash on I-35 Frontage Road in Austin happened at 7:21 p.m. on April 12.

Austin Police said the pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle in the 9000 block of the southbound Frontage Road of I-35, between Rundberg Lane and U.S. Highway 183.

However, the driver fled the scene after the crash.
