Highway 160 Traffic Accident Kills Pedestrian [Sacramento, CA]

Sacramento, CA (November 8, 2023) – A 57-year-old Sacramento man was killed following a Highway 160 traffic accident Monday night.

The fatal crash happened at about 10:40 south of Arden Way.

Officers said a 56-year-old Sacramento man was driving on Highway 160 and saw the pedestrian. The driver attempted to stop but crashed with the man.

The male pedestrian died at the scene.

In the meantime, CHP is investigating the collision but said drugs and alcohol did not play a role.
