74-Year-Old Man Killed in Cajon Boulevard Accident

Muscoy, CA (March 12, 2022) – On  March 11, 74-year-old Henry Carrillo of San Bernardino sustained fatal injuries in a pedestrian accident on Cajon Boulevard.

The fatal crash took place at 6:20 p.m. north of the University Parkway overpass.

When the responding officers arrived at the location of the accident, they pronounced Carrillo dead at 6:31 p.m.
