1 Hurt in Dog Attack in Hemet
HEMET, CA (January 22, 2019) – One person was injured in a dog attack Monday in the 800 block of Douglas Court near Johnston Avenue.
According to Hemet Police Capt. Glen Brock, police responded to reports of a dog attacking people. Arriving officers learned that a single dog had escaped and bit a neighbor on the leg. Paramedics were called to the scene to treat the victim.
The dog owner cooperated with police officers and the dog was taken into custody due to the investigation.
