Late Afternoon Collision on Highway 111 in Heber Leaves Three Injured

 
HEBER, CA (December 27, 2018) – Three people were injured following a multi-car crash late Thursday afternoon in Heber.
 
The crash happened around 5:04 p.m. on southbound Highway 111 at East Heber Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Nissan Maxima, a Jeep Liberty and a third vehicle collided for unknown reasons. Three occupants sustained injuries, at least one of them was bleeding from the hand.
 
Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene and transported the injured patients to a hospital.
 
The Nissan sustained front-end damage and was towed away from the wreckage along with the other two vehicles.
 
No additional information was provided at this time. The events that led up to the collision is under investigation by police.
