Disastrous Head-On Crash on Highway 18 Injures 4 People [Llano, CA]

Llano, CA (April 23, 2024) On Sunday Afternoon, 4 people were hurt and hospitalized after a horrific head-on crash on Highway 18.

According to California Highway Patrol (CHP), the 2-vehicle collision happened around 4:18 p.m. on Highway 18 near 248 Street.

Reports say that the collision involved a white Toyota Tacoma pickup and a dark gray Toyota Corolla sedan, both vehicles have major front-end damages.

Officials say that a total of 4 people suffered injuries, 2 people with critical injuries were airlifted, while the other 2 were taken to the hospital via ground ambulance.

Los Angeles County Fire Department and San Bernardino County Fire Department also responded to the scene.

Authorities are investigating the probable cause of the 2-vehicle collision and have not released additional information at this time.
