Mesa, AZ (July 15, 2023) On Friday, a head-on collision on Sossaman Road left a person dead and 4 others injured.
Mesa PD says that the fatal traffic crash happened near the intersection of Sossaman Road and Baseline Road.
Reports say that 2 vehicles collided head on, causing a truck rolled over. MPD says that an adult and 3 minors were on the truck, all occupants sustained injuries and was taken to a local trauma center. Officials say that one of the children sustained serious injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
