Hannah Pimentel Dead in Fresno Pursuit Accident by Stanislaus Street and N Street

 
FRESNO, CA (May 13, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, Hannah Pimentel, 19, died in a police chase crash near Stanislaus Street and N Street.
 
According to the Fresno Police, a Bulldog gang member traveled in a black Ford Fusion at a high rate of speed.
 
Moreover, the accident that killed the female driver of a black BMW happened at about 3:00 p.m., near Stanislaus and N streets.
 
Fresno Police Chief Paco Balderrama confirmed that as they chased the suspect, he threw an AR-15 out the car window. It fell in front of the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t clarified whether the man possessed any other weapons.
 
The pursuit started in Chinatown after a CHP officer tried to stop a man wanted for several weapons violations.
 
Then, the suspect pulled over, but as the officer approached the Fusion, the gang member drove away.
 
The officer tried to chase the man, but he eventually lost the suspect.
 
Afterward, the CHP officer found the Fusion after noticing a cloud of smoke. The officer found out that the suspect crashed with a woman driving a BMW down Stanislaus Street.
 
As a result of the crash, the female driver, identified as Ms. Pimental of Clovis, succumbed to her injuries.
 
On the other hand, the suspect went out of his vehicle and ran north.
 
The suspected gang member remains missing as of this moment.
