46-Year-Old Gerardo Granados Dies in Beach Boulevard Pedestrian Accident [Huntington Beach, CA]

Huntington Beach, CA (September 12, 2023) On Sunday evening, 46-year-old Gerardo Granados of Huntington Beach died in a pedestrian accident on Beach Boulevard.

According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the deadly auto-pedestrian crash happened around 10 p.m. near Speer Drive, south of Slater Avenue.

Reports say that a southbound 2003 Lincoln Navigator, driven by a 33-year-old Huntington Beach woman, hit and speciously injures Granados.

Medics rushed the injured pedestrian to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was declared dead at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the female driver stayed at the scene and was seen cooperating with officials.

HBPD is investigating the deadly auto-pedestrian crash.
