San Jose Fatal Pedestrian Accident
San Jose, CA (May 28, 2021) – On May 27, a pedestrian named George Story, 55, died after being hit by a car in an accident on Capitol Expressway.
Officers responded to the accident scene at 9:26 p.m. in the intersection of Seven Trees Boulevard.
The authorities said the male pedestrian was walking west across the street outside of a marked crosswalk when a blue 2011 Jeep Cherokee struck him.
Responders took him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the Jeep driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
