Genaro Rodas Detained Following Hit-and-Run Collision on Highway 101 Near Nave Drive
MARIN CITY, CA (January 15, 2019) – One person was injured in a hit-and-run collision on northbound Highway 101 near Nave Drive Saturday night.
The victim reportedly followed the suspect to a gas station in San Rafael and retrieved the license plate number before reporting it to police.
The California Highway Patrol found a vehicle at a home on Nave Drive and arrested 24-year-old Genaro Vinicio Lopez Rodas, of Navato, before booking him into Marin County Jail on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.
An investigation of this case is underway.
