Fullerton Man Trevor Davison Dies in Rear-End Crash on 91 Freeway [Corona, CA]

91 Freeway Crash Kills 29-Year-Old Passenger Trevor Davison, Driver Injured

 
Corona, CA (April 16, 2021) – On Tuesday, 29-year-old Fullerton resident Trevor Davison died in a rear-end crash on 91 Freeway.
 
The fatal crash took place at 10:48 P.M.
 
A westbound Toyota Corolla experienced a possible mechanical issue and lost control. The vehicle drifted to the right shoulder, struck a guardrail, and then re-positioned into the far-right lane where it was totally disabled.
 
Luckily, the vehicle’s two occupants were able to safely exit their car and ran onto the right shoulder of the freeway.
 
Less than a minute later, a westbound Chevrolet Sonic on the 91 Freeway in the far-right lane struck rear-ended the Corolla.
 
Unfortunately, Davison, the Sonic’s front passenger struck the windshield during the crash and died at the scene.
 
On the other hand, its driver incurred minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
