2 Hurt, Building Damaged Following Fullerton Crash
FULLERTON, CA (February 27, 2019) – Two women were injured Wednesday morning when their vehicle fishtailed and slammed into a building at Orangethorpe Avenue and Brookhurst Road.
The collision took place around 2:40 a.m. The driver and passenger, both women, were found outside of the car by the time firefighters arrived to extinguish the flame that was caused by the crash. Both patients were brought in for medical treatment, but their condition is not known.
According to a witness, the vehicle was said to be speeding before it lost control and fishtailed into an ophthalmologist’s office at the intersection.
According to a spokesperson for the Fullerton Police Department, alcohol is likely a factor in the crash, but no arrests have been made.
