Driver Dies in Fresno Two-Car Wreck
FRESNO, CA (November 29, 2018) – A man in his 40s was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning near West Adams and South Walnut avenues.
The incident happened when the man in his 40s, who had stopped at a stop sign, pulled out directly in front of a truck, whose driver had the right of way.
According to California Highway Patrol Sgt. Leonard Sherman, visibility may have been a factor in the crash considering the incident happened when it was raining.
The precise details and events leading to the collision are still under investigation.
CHP officers are urging the public to be careful at this time of the season when rain and low visibility can contribute to traffic collisions.
Our deepest thoughts and sympathies go out to the family and friends of the victim.
