Fredy Venegas Dies After Falling to His Death Along Tujunga Avenue Near Oxnard Street

 
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (June 10, 2019) – A maintenance worker died Friday afternoon in an industrial accident on Tujunga Avenue near Oxnard Street.
 
To begin, first responders arrived to the scene around 3:25 p.m. According to reports, 38-year-old Fredy Venegas was later identified as the deceased victim.
 
Authorities also say the Palmdale maintenance worker fell from a city truck before hitting his head on the ground. Officials found his body lying next to a city flatbed truck upon arrival.
 
Furthermore, there have been reports indicating what led up to the incident. However, police are currently investigating this case further.
