Frank Neal Dies in Vehicle Crash on Niagara Avenue [San Diego, CA]

Rank Neal of San Diego Killed in Niagra Avenue Accident

 
San Diego, CA (May 24, 2021) – On Friday, 60-year-old San Diego man Frank Neal died in a vehicle crash on Niagara Avenue.
 
Officers responded to the accident scene minutes before 11:30 p.m. at the 4800 block area.
 
When the authorities arrived, they found a good Samaritan performing CPR on Neal.
 
Right away, rescuers took over the lifesaving attempt, before pronouncing him dead at the scene.
 
“Due to the suspicious nature of the death, San Diego police homicide detectives were called to the scene and began investigating the incident,”. an officer said.
“During the course of the investigation, detectives learned (Neal) died as a result of a traffic collision. The investigation has been turned over to the Traffic Investigations Unit for further follow-up.”
 
Police did not release further details about the fatal San Diego crash.
