Francisco Ruiz Jr. and Brian Clark Die in Deadly Collision on North Indian Canyon Drive Near 10 Freeway
PALM SPRINGS, CA (November 29, 2018) – Authorities are investigating Tuesday’s crash along North Indian Canyon Drive near the 10 Freeway that left two men dead.
Late Wednesday, the identities of the two men who were killed around 2 p.m. that Tuesday were released. Cathedral City resident Francisco Ruiz Jr., 45, and San Diego resident Brian William Clark, 41, died in the crash, which happened about three-quarters of a mile north of Sunrise Way.
Authorities believe one of them was heading northbound and struck the other who might have been standing next to a parked vehicle. It is unclear at this point who was driving, yet officials are investigating this case further to learn more.
