FOLSOM, CA – One Killed in Rollover Crash at White Rock Road and Prairie City Road

Speeding Vehicle Overturns in Folsom Leaving One Dead

 
FOLSOM, CA (March 4, 2019) – One person was killed following a rollover crash Monday night in Folsom, authorities said.
 
The fatal crash happened around 6:42 p.m. at the intersection of White Rock Road and Prairie City Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, an unknown vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it went off the roadway and overturned on its side.
 
A witness of the crash also told officers that the vehicle had caught fire and was underneath a large power pole.
 
One occupant was killed in the crash and another one suffered major injuries.
 
The overturned vehicle was towed away for evidence. Responding firefighters both both lanes of the roadway while they worked on the scene.
