2 People Hospitalized in Vancouver Auto Accident on Highway 14 near 164th Avenue
VANCOUVER, WA (July 31, 2024) – Monday night, a fiery two-vehicle crash on Highway 14 near 164th Avenue injured two people.
The incident happened at around 5:00 p.m. at the 15500 block of Highway 14, just before the 164th Avenue exit.
According to reports, the incident involved two unidentified cars, including one that rolled over and erupted into flames after the crash.
Moreover, firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated a man who was trapped inside the burning vehicle. Then, paramedics rushed the man to a hospital with serious leg injuries and burns and in critical condition. Also, responders transported the female driver of the second car to an emergency room for treatment.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the WSP continued to investigate the crash.
