One Fatally Struck in Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach, CA (February 12, 2022) – On Tuesday, a female pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in a Beach Boulevard accident.
The Huntington Beach police responded to the accident scene at about 6:30 p.m. at Heil Avenue.
When they arrived, officers found a pedestrian in the roadway and a silver 2004 Toyota Corolla.
Investigators said that a southbound Corolla driven by a 76-year-old driver struck the pedestrian who was outside of the crosswalk.
Moreover, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with officers’ investigation. Authorities said they do not consider drugs or alcohol as a factor in the accident.
