18-Year-Old Killed, Ryan Mills Arrested in Roseville Crash on Interstate 80 near Douglas Boulevard

 
ROSEVILLE, CA (April 25, 2021) – Thursday night, a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 80 near Douglas Boulevard led to a fatality.
 
The incident between three to five vehicles occurred around 9:45 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on the eastbound side of Interstate 80 near Douglas Boulevard
 
Meanwhile, the Placer County coroner responded to the fatal crash just after 10:00 p.m.
 
According to reports, some of the involved cars traveled west but ended in the eastbound lanes after the crash.
 
Also, the crash shut down all eastbound lanes of traffic and has reopened just before 1:00 a.m.
 
Later reports state that Ryan C. Mills, 24, drove intoxicated at the time of the crash.
 
Apparently, an 18-year-old triggered the collision when he lost control of his Toyota Corolla, swerving into the center divider.
 
It then collided with the vehicles in the opposite lanes, striking a Ford Mustang and Mills’ Chevy pick-up truck
 
The authorities continue to investigate the deadly multi-vehicle crash.
