BURBANK, CA (April 22, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, a fatal pedestrian crash on 200 N Third Street killed one person.

The incident happened at around 1:45 p.m. at a parking lot in the 200 block of N Third Street.

According to the Burbank Police Department, a car struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons. Then, the driver of the car remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.

Moreover, responders pronounced the 71-year-old male pedestrian, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
