SAN DIEGO, CA (November 11, 2019) — A man died Sunday morning following a fatal crash on 805 Freeway near Murray Ridge Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident might have involved a pickup truck.
 
Around 4:30 a.m., authorities responded to the southbound side of the freeway, just north of Murray Ridge Road, to find that a car had crashed under unknown circumstances.
 
Reports noted that the fatal victim was the driver of the vehicle and the passenger–purportedly his pregnant girlfriend—survived the collision.
