Fatal Collision on Telegraph Canyon Road Claim Woman’s Life [Chula Vista, CA]

Chula Vista, CA (May 16, 2023) On Monday afternoon, a fatal collision on Telegraph Canyon Road claimed the life of a woman and injured 2 others.

According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the deadly 2-vehicle crash happened at about 1:28 p.m. at the 600 block of Telegraph Canyon Road.

Reports say that an eastbound F-150 collided with a Honda Odyssey turning left from Old Telegraph Road. The F-150 had a sole male driver, while the Honda had 2 female occupants.

First responders transported all patients to a hospital, where the female driver succumbed to her injuries and died at the hospital. Meanwhile, the 2 other patients are currently being treated at the hospital.

The Chula Vista Police Traffic Bureau is investigating the 2-vehicle crash and have not released further information about the fatal collision.
