Adrian Deadly Collision Results in Injuries
Oldham County, TX (July 3, 2024) – A 47-year-old passenger, Fabiola Ahumada-Castillo, was killed in an Interstate 40 collision Monday afternoon.
It was about 3:39 p.m. on July 1 when the fatal collision happened west of Adrian, near the Texas-New Mexico line.
Troopers said a Hummer swerved off the roadway into the center median and rolled over.
Fabiola Ahumada-Castillo was thrown from the vehicle and died at the crash scene. Investigators said he was not wearing a seatbelt at that time.
Moreover, the driver and two other passengers were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers are still investigating.
