MERCED, CA (November 25, 2021) – Saturday, authorities arrested Fabian Torres after a hit-and-run crash on 34500 G Street.
 
The Merced PD Officers came to the report of a vehicle and pedestrian crash on 34500 block of G Street. However, before they arrived, the suspect already fled the scene.
 
Meanwhile, some witnesses provided a description of the vehicle.
 
On the other hand, responders took the 26-year-old victim to a hospital with two broken legs. At this time, the victim is in serious but stable condition.
 
Eventually, the officers identified the suspect as 20-year-old Fabian Torres and found the hit-and-run vehicle. Then, Torres cooperated with the investigation and was arrested.
