One Fatality in DUI Solo Vehicle Crash on Pala Temecula Road

 
San Diego, CA (July 1, 2020) – A passenger named Elvis Nakoa Magante died, while two sustained injuries in a DUI solo vehicle crash.
 
Moreover, the incident occurred near the 39000 blocks of Pala Temecula Road on Thursday afternoon.
 
The crash happened at about 4:45 p.m. on June 30.
 
According to reports, a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling at a high rate of speed down the road.
 
Then, the 18-year-old driver, who is suspected to have been intoxicated, lost control and hit the tree.
 
Consequently, all three occupants were pulled by the people who responded to the scene. They were transported to the hospital. However, the ejected passenger died on the spot.
 
Authorities later identified the individual as Mr. Magante.
 
Furthermore, authorities arrested the 18-year-old driver.
