People Hospitalized in Fairmount Avenue Hit-and-Run Crash

 
San Diego, CA (April 10, 2021) – On Friday, eight were hurt in a hit-and-run crash on Fairmount Avenue and Talmadge Canyon Row.
 
The accident happened minutes before 10:30 p.m. along the border of the Kensington and Talmadge neighborhoods.
 
Four vehicles were involved in the crash wherein one person was thrown from their vehicle out onto the roadway. Also, two others were trapped inside their vehicles.
 
Right away, six ambulances responded to the scene of the accident. Rescuers rushed seven of the eight patients to local hospitals.
 
The Altima driver, a 32-year-old man, incurred serious back and head injuries. His front passenger also suffered from serious back injuries.
 
Six others suffered minor injuries.
 
Meanwhile, authorities are searching for the suspect vehicle involved in this accident. Officers said the driver will be charged with felony hit-and-run if found.
