Dung Kha Detained in Fatal Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash at Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street

 
WESTMINSTER, CA (December 19, 2019)—A woman perished Sunday in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident at Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street.
 
According to Westminster police Sgt. Phuong Pham, the unidentified woman died at the scene after officers found her with severe injuries.
 
Investigating officers determined that the hit-and-run driver hit her around 6:00 p.m.
 
However, officers located the hit-and-run driver moments later and identified him as Dung Kha, of Westminster. After that, police arrested Kha without incident.
 
Now, authorities are encouraging witnesses to come forward to help them piece together the preceding events at the crash.
