Driver Rhiannon Sullivan Dies in Interstate 40 Collision [Needles, CA]

Needles, CA (April 23, 2024) – 29-year-old Rhiannon Sullivan of Bullhead City Arizona died in an Interstate 40 collision early Tuesday morning.

The vehicle collision happened at 4:15 a.m. on April 10 at the eastbound freeway near mile marker 137.

CHP officers responded to the scene and declared the driver, Sullivan, deceased at 4:33 a.m.
