Police Arrest Isaiah Enriquez in Farmersville Hit-and-Run Crash Injuring Driver
Farmersville, CA (April 08, 2021) – On Wednesday, a driver was injured and police arrested 23-year-old Isaiah Enriquez in a hit-and-run crash on East Ash Street.
The accident took place minutes before 7:30 p.m. at the Farmersville Boulevard intersection.
Officers said Isaiah Enriquez, of Madera, drove around in a suspicious vehicle.
However, when officers approached him, Enriquez drove off, prompting a police chase.
A few minutes later, Enriquez struck a car and crashed into a closed business.
Reports said Enriquez tried to run off but police soon caught him.
Right away, officers took him to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia with minor injuries.
Meanwhile, rescuers also took the driver of the car Enriquez struck to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities arrested Enriquez on felony hit and run, among other charges.
Furthermore, authorities said the car was stolen out of Merced County.
