4 People Hurt in San Bruno Auto Accident on Interstate 280 near Sneath Lane

SAN BRUNO, CA (September 15, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, a disastrous rollover crash on Interstate 280 near Sneath Lane injured four people.

The incident happened at around 4:30 p.m. on Interstate 280, north of Sneath Lane.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident involved three vehicles, including a car that rolled over during the incident.

Moreover, responders transported three occupants of the overturned vehicle, an adult and two juveniles, to a hospital for treatment. Then, paramedics transported an occupant of another vehicle to a hospital with a head laceration.

Furthermore, the crash closed Interstate 280’s right lanes for two hours but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
