Injuries Reported in Fresno County Auto Accident on Dickerson Avenue and Central Avenue

FRESNO COUNTY, CA (August 16, 2023) – Tuesday, a disastrous DUI crash on Dickerson Avenue and Central Avenue injured 1 person.

The incident happened on Dickerson Avenue and Central Avenue.

According to reports, as a Honda Pilot drove north on Dickerson and Central Avenue, a Jeep was stopped behind a tractor.

Then, the driver of the Honda suddenly veered into the southbound lane on Dickerson Avenue. Hence, the Jeep tried to turn away but got hit by the Honda.

Afterward, the Honda drove going north on the southbound lane, crashing head-on against a Ford Focus. Eventually, the Honda landed in the cornfield.

Officers noted that the Honda driver was under the influence.

Meanwhile, responders transported the driver of the Jeep to the hospital for precaution.
