Rider Involved in 6-Vehicle Wreck on 57 Freeway in Diamond Bar, Injuries Reported
DIAMOND BAR, CA (December 4, 2018) – A motorcyclist was injured following a multi-vehicle collision Tuesday morning in Diamond Bar, CHP officials said.
The collision happened around 10:26 a.m. on the transition road of southbound 57 Freeway and westbound 60 Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, six vehicles including a motorcycle were involved in the crash. The motorcycle reportedly lost control, sending the rider down in the HOV lane.
The rider suffered unspecified injuries and was taken to a medical facility for proper treatment.
The other involved vehicles were not described and no vehicular damages were reported in the initial log.
Details surrounding the collision were not made clear in the reports and media releases. The incident is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol to ascertain additional information.
