Arvin CA (July 01, 2021) – On Sunday, 23-year-old Devyn Marroquin-Ruano of Bakersfield died in a motorcycle crash on Highway 223.
The accident took place at about 1:17 p.m. at the Tower Line Road intersection.
Officers said Marroquin-Ruano crashed with an SUV wherein he was pronounced dead at the scene.
