TUCSON, AZ (January 8, 2024) – Saturday, a man in a wheelchair died in a devastating pedestrian crash near Ajo Way and Nogales Highway.

The incident involving a pedestrian in a wheelchair happened near Ajo Way and Nogales Highway.

According to reports, the man in a wheelchair was declared dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the authorities found out that the vehicle was driving east on Ajo Way when it hit the pedestrian who was trying to cross the street. Also, the pedestrian was not in or near a marked or unmarked crosswalk.
