Derek Radcliffe Fatally Struck in Crash on Highway 101

Loleta, CA (December 20, 2020) – On Saturday, Derek Radcliffe, 40, was killed in a pedestrian accident on Highway 101 just north of the Singley Hill Road exit.

According to a 911 call from a citizen, they reported a pedestrian killed after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 101.

Moreover, emergency responders say the accident happened just South of Loleta Drive just before 8 p.m.

Additionally, rescuers spoke over the scanner and confirmed the victim, of Fortuna, dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, traffic was diverted off the highway at that exit, due to the Northbound lane impassable for 2 hours.
