Daniel Pettigrew Killed in North 1st Street Accident [Yakima, WA]

Yakima, WA (April 27, 2023) – On March 24, Daniel Pettigrew, 62, of Yakima, sustained fatal injuries following a North 1st Street accident.

The Washington State Patrol said Pettigrew was walking in the roadway near the intersection with Interstate 82 when a northbound driver was attempting to enter westbound Interstate 82 and struck Pettigrew.

The medical team rushed Pettigrew to Harborview Medical Center where he died, however, his family has just been informed of his death recently.

In the meantime, the authorities are investigating this fatal incidentNo charges have been filed as of yet.
