51-Year-Old Woman Arrested in Fatal Crash on Navajo Road
San Diego, CA (February 16, 2023) On Monday morning, 67-year-old Dana Terry of El Cajon sustained fatal injuries in a motorcycle accident on Bisby Lake Avenue.
SDPD Says that the fatal crash happened at about 6 a.m. at the intersection with Navajo Road.
Reports say that a 2020 Kia Soul did not stop at a red light and collided with Terry’s westbound 1986 Yamaha SRX-6 motorcycle.
Consequently, the force of the crash thrown Terry off his motorcycle to the roadway. Medical personnel rushed Terry to Sharp Memorial hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital.
Meanwhile, officials took the 51-year-old woman driving the Kia, into custody.
San Diego Police Department is investigating the fatal crash.
