Injuries Reported in Hesperia Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15 near Ranchero Road

HESPERIA, CA (October 6, 2023) – Wednesday night, a crippling 3-car crash on Interstate 15 near Ranchero Road injured 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 6:05 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 between the Ranchero Road and Highway 395 exit.

Reports revealed that the crash involved a black Chevrolet Camaro with left front tire damage, an unknown vehicle possibly a pickup truck, and a white Lexus ES350 sedan that had rolled over.

Meanwhile, a witness revealed that the Camaro driver was speeding when it struck the Lexus. As a result, the Lexus driver lost control, struck the k-rail, and overturned blocking the fast lane and the #2 lane. Also, the Camaro struck the k-rail and blew out a left front tire and some damage to the front end.

After the crash, responders took one person to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Also, the authorities do not believe that impairment plays a role. However, speed is likely to be a factor in the crash.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
