1 Person Airlifted to Hospital after Fatal Collision on Village Drive and Air Express Way

 
Victorville, CA (July 3, 2021) – A collision on Village Drive and Air Express Way resulted in a fire and left one person dead and another hospitalized on Friday night.
 
The tragic two-vehicle crash occurred on July 2 at about 7:47 p.m. on Village Drive and Air Express Way.
 
Victorville City Fire responded to the scene and reported that one of the two vehicles overturned before bursting into flames.
 
Due to the extent of the collision, authorities pronounced one person dead on the scene. There has been no identifying information released as of the moment.
 
Furthermore, medics airlifted a patient to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatments. However, there has been no update regarding the patient’s condition.
 
The collision prompted the closure of Village Drive in both directions for preliminary duties and investigation.
