Woman Hospitalized After Irwindale Car Crashes Into Market on Arrow Highway

 
IRWINDALE, CA (July 18, 2019) – A female market clerk suffered injuries Monday when a car crashes into market on Arrow Highway at Irwindale Avenue.
 
According to reports, the crash happened in the 16000 block of Arrow Highway.
 
Inside Ayutla Meat Market around 8:12 p.m., a female clerk was struck when a driver possibly mistook the gas pedal for the brake. As a result, the car went smashing into the front of the store, causing minor injuries to the woman inside.
 
Following the accident, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police questioning. However, police did not release any other information regarding the details of the accident at this time.
