Who Can the Bereaved Turn To?
It is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death.
The family of the victim can likely have significant compensation via a wrongful death claim.
A wrongful death suit is a step towards recovering from the death of a family member.
