Several People Hospitalized in Whittier Fatal Car Accident on Carmenita Road
Whittier, CA (November 12, 2020) – On Wednesday, Christian Inman died and several people were hurt in a deadly solo vehicle accident on Carmenita Road and Imperial Highway.
The fatal Whittier crash took place at 10:30 p.m. when an Audi sedan carrying six people careened into a light pole.
When officers arrived, they located one person dead at the scene. The victim was identified as Christian Inman.
Also, at least one person was left trapped inside the vehicle. Los Angeles County firefighters extricated the victim.
Further, the rescuers took several people to local hospitals. It was not identified how many people were hurt and what their injuries are.
The authorities have not confirmed the exact circumstances of the crash. The Audi was moving north on Carmenita Road and a Toyota was traveling south. Then, the Audi attempted to turn left and crashed into the light pole.
Speed may have been a factor in the deadly accident. It’s unclear if drugs or alcohol also played a role.
We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones and family of Christian Inman. We also wish the injured passengers a fast recovery from their injuries. Our hearts go out to those affected during this time.
