Police Investigate School Bus Crash on Interstate 17 in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (October 5, 2023)Phoenix Fire Officers responded to a reported crash on Interstate 17 and Indian School Road involving a school bus and another vehicle.

The crash reportedly happened in the area of I-17 and Indian School Road between a school bus and another vehicle.

EMS took a child to the hospital in stable condition.

According to a separate statement from officials with DPS, it was stated that 43 students were on the bus at the time of the crash. 

All the students were assessed and released to their parents

Further investigation is ongoing.
