Dealing With an El Norte Parkway Fatal Pedestrian Accident
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, more individuals are staying at home, whether by preference or under a state-mandated lockdown. As people adjust to unprecedented routines, a classic concept has risen in modern popularity: walking. Americans, as well as others around the world, have taken it upon themselves to walk outside daily. Taking walks is usually the only time in which people are spending outside. The increase of foot traffic on local sidewalks, intersections, and roads seems harmless enough. However, this common habit can have devastating consequences. Taking walks is becoming increasingly dangerous, leading to a surge of pedestrian accidents annually.

“I think the misconception is that when a loved one passes away, the insurance company and the defendant will automatically admit liability and offer all of the funds available.”
“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives the family time to grieve their loss, and their attorney can start focusing on holding the negligent party accountable.” says Tyler Toomey, a tenured Sweet Lawyers attorney.
